Markmoris Shipping Policy

At Markmoris, we bring the ancient art of Gaziantep copper mastery directly to your doorstep. Each piece is handcrafted with care and shipped globally from our artisan workshop.

1. Processing Time

  • All our items are handcrafted. Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days.

  • During high-demand periods or for intricate custom pieces, processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you if there is any delay.

2. Shipping Origins & Delivery Estimates To ensure authenticity and the highest quality, all orders are shipped directly from our Artisan Center in Gaziantep, Turkey.

  • USA & Canada: 5-10 business days via Express Shipping (FedEx, UPS, or DHL).

  • Europe: 3-7 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 7-14 business days.

3. Shipping Rates

  • We are proud to offer Free Standard International Shipping on all orders. The price you see on the product page is the final price for shipping.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Markmoris is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • Note: Most copper decorative items fall under low-tariff categories in the US, but please check your local regulations.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Damages

  • Markmoris is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take a photo, and contact us at info@markmoris.com immediately.
