Markmoris Refund Policy
Handcrafted Characteristics and Variations Since Markmoris products are 100% handcrafted and hand-hammered, minor variations in hammer marks, engraved patterns, and copper patina are natural characteristics of the artisanal process. These are not considered defects but are hallmarks of the product’s authenticity and unique heritage.
Returns We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Oversized and Heavy Items (Trays, Vases, etc.) Due to the high cost of international logistics and the handcrafted nature of our oversized items, returns for large products (such as large copper trays and vases) will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All returns must be shipped to our artisan workshop in Turkey. Please contact us for full shipping details before sending any items.
Damaged or Broken Items If your item arrives damaged, do not ship the item back. Please contact us at info@markmoris.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the original packaging. We will evaluate the situation and either send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
How to Start a Return To start a return, you can contact us at info@markmoris.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
